I was extremely disappointed during my stay. The king bed was hard as a rock, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I reserved a double queen room for my daughter and me, but instead, I was given a king suite with a sofa sleeper which was a huge letdown. I tried to switch rooms but was informed that my options were limited due to the influx of sports teams. This experience certainly ruined my stay.
